All returned items must be pre-approved and in re-sellable condition. Contact us during our business hours, M-Th, 9am-4:00pm(CT) and F, 9am-1pm(CT) for your authorization #.
Returns beyond the 30 day period will not be accepted.
No more than 5 copies of the same non-Light and Life book or product are accepted as returns, unless the items are damaged.
Please contact us should you receive an item that is damaged or defective. A Customer Care Representative will assist you on the details of the return. Damaged or defective items will be replaced. 952.925.3888 or info@light-n-life.com.

Prison Orders: Please contact the prison of which you will be sending a book since prisons vary in their acceptance regulations. Our customers are responsible should an order not be accepted by the prison and/or returned to either the customer or to Light and Life.
